There are a number of support services available nationally, whether you need someone to listen, counselling or more specialised help.
Please remember that it is ok not to be ok, talking to a family member or loved one often helps, but sometimes we need to build up the confidence to speak to them first and the list of organisations and groups below may be able to help.
There may also be support services available in your local area.
Please note, we do not accept unsolicited contacts asking us to list private practices or clinics.
